My Approach
My approach to celebrant training is deeply personal, inclusive, and grounded in lived experience. I understand that every student comes with their own strengths, story, and learning style — which is why I never teach a one-size-fits-all model. Whether you’re neurodivergent, navigating career change, or exploring your identity through this work, you’ll be met with genuine respect, encouragement, and tailored support.
This training is built around the belief that your voice matters — and that you can use it to create comfort, healing, and meaningful change.
My Process
The process of training with me is structured but flexible, ensuring you feel supported without pressure. Whether you choose the self-paced or one-to-one format, each step of your learning is clearly guided, with room for reflection, practice, and questions. We work week by week to build your knowledge, your confidence, and your ceremony-writing skills — at a pace that suits you.
Each session is recorded (in the case of live training), transcribed, and supported by written resources. You’ll receive personalised feedback on all assignments, and we take time to review your progress together.
Unique Framework
At the heart of this training is a unique, values-led framework I’ve developed through years of experience as a celebrant, coach, and speaker. It blends professional skill-building with deep self-awareness, giving you the tools to serve others — without losing sight of your own wellbeing.
We also integrate practical tools for neurodivergent learners, reflective writing prompts, and trauma-aware practices, ensuring you’re prepared to work with diverse communities in real-world settings. It’s not just about learning to write a ceremony — it’s about learning to hold space, ask powerful questions, and bring heart to every aspect of your work.
